Return Policy

We custom make every piece of jewelry that we sell just for you. Each necklace or pair of earrings is handmade one at a time in my studio. Since we are small and custom make every piece of jewelry just for you, WE DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS UNLESS IT'S A QUALITY ISSUE. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering multiples of beach sand or other natural elements we do our best to make sure the jewelry matches as closely as possible for you.

Damages or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item from us, please contact us. Tell us the item(s) that was damaged and/or the item you received by mistake and what should have been sent to you. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing your item(s).
