Shipping Policies 

Domestic Shipping: 

We offer Free Domestic Shipping for orders $35 or more. Free Shipping is sent out USPS First Class Mail. If you need to receive your order by a particular date, I strongly urge you to upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. When your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number as well as the carrier information. The number may not show or be updated within the shipping carriers system even though it has shipped. Rest easy that your order is on its way (and try not to stalk the mail or delivery carrier…too much). It sometimes takes 48 hours for USPS to update their postal tracking.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. If you’d like to insure your shipment via USPS, please contact us prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.


International Shipping:  

Delivery for international orders varies by country but takes an average of 7-14 business days. Please note we cannot control customs delays and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional customs fees that are incurred are the buyers responsibility. We ship all over the world. 

Once your international package has shipped, you’ll receive an ID number. This is NOT a tracking number, but a parcel number that often shows as being in Minot, ME, even when it’s well on it way to you. This is because Maine can be a little slow in the mail department. 


Delivery:

We ship to the ship to address listed on the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address can be reshipped at the cost of the buyer. Make sure you look twice and confirm that your address is right.
